Rani Wilfred, the Managing Director of Prime Realty & Property Management Pvt. Ltd. began her career in Mumbai 31 years ago with a construction contracting firm. A later stint with Eureka-Forbes indoctrinated her with a strong and uncompromising allegiance to customer service and quest for excellence. An entrepreneurial spirit, integrity,  love for detail  and a professional approach were the founding cornerstone,  when she launched her own start-up company.

Prime Realty And property Management Pvt Ltd, chose to address the lack of property management services in Pune, and received tremendous response from NRI, as well as property owners from other cities, who availed the services for their realty assets in Pune. Excellent services resulted in enhanced business opportunities in Real Estate.

Rani Wilfred is mentored by Gail Lyons, a renowned International Real Estate Educator. Through the past few years, Rani Wilred endeavored to introduce and encourage best practices and transparency in the realtor community is India, by training agents in systems and processes, which enhance accountability and commitment to the transaction.
